Game description

Poke the Guy

At our online crypto casino it's hard to wrap one's head around Microgaming's Poke The Guy. Not only does it look like something designed in 1989, the whole thing will also make you question your sense of reality. As most will have noticed, Microgaming has been growing increasingly as they've taken a step back to let partnering studios do most of the work. With that in mind, Poke The Guy comes as no surprise.

Now, each bet size has a different item assigned to it and as you click the slingshot (spin button), the objective is to try and hit the ridiculous looking ape wearing a one-piece that's moving in an annoying pattern across the map.

There is, of course, no level of skill involved, it all just happens randomly. If whatever item that is thrown at the ugly bastard hits him in the face, the player is awarded a crypto cash prize of 2x, 4x, 8x, 12x, 18x, or 500x.

It only took around 30 seconds of testing before we started to have a lot of fun in this game, and still 30 minutes after constant sling-shooting we could hit better than 12x. Once you get familiar with the features at our casino, it's pretty easy, and there are big cryptocurrency prizes to be won as well.

Nice

The 'guy' is a super annoying individual the face of whom everyone in the room would want to smash in. And so you get a variety of tools for this sole purpose. A randomly placed guy, with a random shot, and a random prize.

Fine

Finally a game that dared moving away from the 5 X 3 reel layout we have been seeing for decades on end. Is it possible that the slots model will never be challenged? Why not make games of chance, which have no reels, on which people can gamble money?

Bad

I was so disappointed with this release. I am a big Microgaming game fan but this game is one of my least favorites Microgaming has ever released. I think that the design is quite poor but the payouts are even worse, I think that even getting a 100x bet win is extremely hard. All I have managed to get is those small 12x bet wins. Oh and I also believe the game can be quite annoying.

Horrible

This stupid joke of a game should not be in a casino, it's like something you'd find at the carnival that rolls through small towns all summer long. I played this for about 5$ or so. Its random, but it almost makes you believe you can be in control, but you're not, don't play this game people, do not let this games ratings go up in any way, we do not want any more of this carnival sideshow in our casinos, trust me.
