Brady and Gronkowski Make History As Buccaneers Beat Falcons

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are a match made in heaven, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ latest match reminded us what a great duo they are. They helped the Bucs score a 30-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night and set a major milestone along the way. Quarterback Brady and tight end Gronkowski connected for their 90th regular-season touchdown during their most recent game for Tampa Bay. They now rank second for most regular-season touchdowns by a pair of players, behind Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison with 112. Tom Brady said he hopes they’ll keep playing by each other’s side for long enough to break the record, adding he loves being on the field with Gronk because he makes his job much easier. "He kind of makes it easy on any quarterback. He's just so big, so quick, great hands. Just does an amazing job. A great catch-and-run that he had and then I threw the fade for a touchdown, which was really cool – he makes those pretty easy, too,” said Brady. Tampa Bay coach Bruce Arians also took a moment to reflect on the duo’s history-making moment. He praised their chemistry and added that Gronkowski knows what Brady is thinking before he does because they’ve been playing together for such a long time.
