L'Jarius Sneed Signs 4-Year $76.4 Million Deal with Tennessee Titans

After four years with the Kansas City Chiefs, L'Jarius Sneed is gearing up for his next big adventure. The 27-year-old cornerback is planning to stay in Tennessee for the next four years after signing a massive $76.4 million deal with the Tennessee Titans. According to NFL Network’s insider Ian Rapoport, Sneed’s new deal includes $55 million guaranteed and a $20-million signing bonus. That puts him at an average annual salary of $ 19.1 million, which is currently the sixth-highest for a cornerback, behind the likes of Marshon Lattimore, Trevon Diggs, and Marlon Humphrey. Sneed signed his new deal with the Titans shortly after the trade from the Kansas City Chiefs. They accepted a 2025 third-round pick and a swap of 2024 seventh-round selections in exchange after putting a franchise tag on Sneed earlier this month. Sneed played college football for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs before joining the Chiefs in 2020, in the fourth round of the NFL draft that year. He won two Super Bowls during his time in Kansas, establishing himself as one of the most successful cornerbacks in the NFL. He appeared in 57 games, including 54 starts, with the Chiefs, and ended up scoring 303 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 10 interceptions, 40 pass deflections, and four forced fumbles during his time in Kansas.
