Max Homa Beats Keegan Bradley to Win Wells Fargo Championship

Max Homa’s star has been on the rise in the past few years, and he scored another major win at the Wells Fargo Championship. The 31-year-old golfer defeated Keegan Bradley by two shots to claim his fourth PGA Tour title. It was a tough game for both golfers, and Homa started the final round two behind Bradley but managed to hold a one-shot advantage before coming out victorious by just two shots. He finished the tournament in the first spot, while Bradley ended up in a three-way tie with Matt Fitzpatrick and Cameron Young for the second. Homa’s coach Mark Blackburn advised him to carry himself with more confidence going into the match because he often struggled to believe that he was on the same level as some of the golfers he battled over the years. "It feels good. It's a special day for me. I just feel like life is good and I'm playing some good golf. I'm coming into my own and starting to believe in myself and that's all I can ask for,” said Homa after defeating Bradley. This marks Homa’s second win at the Wells Fargo Championship, having previously won the tournament in 2019. As for the rest of his PGA Tour wins, he also won the Genesis Invitational and the Fortinet Championship last year.
