Max Verstappen Continues His Domination with Chinese Grand Prix Win

Max Verstappen came into this year’s Formula 1 season as a defending champion and a clear front-runner, and he’s living up to his reputation. The Red Bull driver scored his fourth win of the season at the Chinese Grand Prix, outracing Lando Norris and Sergio Pérez. The Dutch driver was on top of his game in China, where he managed to annihilate the competition and score another easy win. He converted his pole position into a confident lead and stayed in control in the face of two mid-race safety cars in quick succession. This marks Verstappen's fourth win of the season, and he only dropped the ball at the Australian Grand Prix. He led the way for almost the entire race and was pretty satisfied with how things went down. “Restarts, I think we survived that well. The car was basically on rails, I could do whatever I wanted to with it, and those kinds of weekends are of course amazing to feel and of course, then, to achieve what we did this weekend is fantastic,” he told reporters after the race. Verstappen shared the podium with McLaren’s Lando Norris, who came in second, and his Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez in third place.
