Boston Celtics Set to Face Golden State Warriors in 2022 NBA Finals

This year’s NBA playoffs were uncreditable until the very last moment, but we finally know who’ll be fighting for the title in the NBA finals. The Boston Celtics will face the Golden State Warriors after scoring a win against the Miami Heat in Game 7 on Sunday Night. The Celtics managed to secure a 4-3 win against the Heat in the Eastern Conference finals, and it all came down to the last game. Boston won the game by just four points, largely thanks to the Eastern Conference Finals MVP, Jayson Tatum, who finished the game with 26 points. He had great support in Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart, who scored 24 points each, leading Boston to a 100-96 win. The Golden State Warriors had a much easier time securing their place in the NBA finals. They only dropped one game against the Dallas Mavericks, giving them two extra days to rest before the finals start. "We gave our guys two straight days off, which is almost unheard of, in playoffs or even just regular season… You go to the Finals, it's almost a two-month journey filled with stress and fatigue, so if you can build a little break, it's very meaningful," said the Warriors’ coach Steve Kerr. The 2022 NBA Finals are set to kick off on June 2, with Game 1 taking place at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
