Grizzlies Score Their Tenth Straight Win After Beating Warriors

The Memphis Grizzlies have been on a roll in the past few weeks, and they brought their winning strike to ten straight victories on Tuesday night. They kept their franchise-record win streak going after beating the Golden State Warriors 116-108. It was another great night for Ja Morant, who led the Grizzlies to another win with a total of 29 points. To make the whole thing even more impressive, he scored five points in the final minute of the game, wowing the crowd with his back-to-back shots. “I just like having that pressure. feel like that’s when I shine the most. I like to be the one taking that shot, hit or miss,” said Morant of his last-minute performance. Ziaire Williams and Tyus Jones were right behind with 17 points each. The Grizzlies interim coach Darko Rajakovic singled out Williams' offensive output as one of the reasons for the team’s triumph and praises him for standing his ground to Stephen Curry and getting him inside the 3-point line. It was also another great night for Curry, who scored his second triple-double of the season. His 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists weren’t enough to lead the Warriors to victory, and he credited early turnovers for giving the Grizzlies enough confidence to power through the game.
