Marcus Rashford Signs Five-Year Extension with Manchester United

Marcus Rashford has been a part of Manchester United since the very start of his professional career, and he still feels unwavering loyalty toward his club. The superstar forward signed a new five-year deal with the Red Devils that will keep him in Manchester until 2028. The lifelong supporter of Manchester United, Rashford was just seven when he joined the club’s academy, and he’s still driven by the same passion, pride, and determination to succeed that he felt since day one. “I’ve already had some amazing experiences at this incredible club, but there is still a lot more to achieve and I remain relentlessly determined to win more trophies in the years ahead… I know the responsibility that comes with representing this badge and feel the highs and lows as much as anyone,” said Rashford in a statement. Manchester United’s football director John Murtough described the 25-year-old as a brilliant talent, adding he’s now in his prime years and in a perfect position to develop into one of the best attacking players in the world. Rashford officially made his United debut as an 18-year-old in 2016 and went on to score 123 goals in 359 first-team appearances with the club, gaining a reputation as one of the best forwards of his generation.
