Ronaldo and Messi Clash in Thrilling Exhibition Match in Saudi Arabia

Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to sign with a Saudi team was quite a shocker for football fans everywhere, but it didn’t stop him from facing his biggest rival again. Ronaldo and Lionel Messi clashed in a thrilling exhibition match between Riyadh All-Star XI and Paris St-Germain on Thursday. It took just two minutes for Messi to score his first goal in this exhibition match, but PSG’s celebration was short-lived. Cristiano Ronaldo went on to score twice and it was 2-2 before half-time, with no clear front-runner in sight. The second half was just as eventful, and things started heating up from the get-go. Sergio Ramos gave PSG a 3-2 lead, but Hyeon Soo jang evened out the score just three minutes later with a corner kick. Kylian Mbappe and Hugo Ekitike scored two more goals for PSG, and the final result was 5-4 thanks to Anderson Talisca's injury-time goal. After one hour mark, this match stopped being Messi vs. Ronaldo exhibition, leaving many wondering if this will be the last time we see them on the pitch together. Ronaldo later shared several photos from the match on social media, including one where he’s hugging Messi, and wrote, “So happy to be back on the pitch, and on the score sheet!! And nice to see some old friends!”
