The Eagles did a pretty impressive job throughout the game, but playing at home wasn’t enough to defeat the defending Super Bowl champions, especially since Tom Brady and Leonard Fournette accounted for two touchdowns each. Brady finished 34 of 42 for 297 yards despite the thumb injury that left some fans wondering about his performance. When asked how he felt, the superstar quarterback simply replied he’s “great” and “awesome” because he’s trying to focus on the positives. "It was a good win. You know, it's tough to win on the road. Obviously, we didn't play our best, so we gotta get back to work. We gotta good little break here, use it and get back to work, see if we can get better." said Brady after the game.
